Job summary

Orin Rice LLC in Seattle seeks an energetic outside sales professional to build a recurring book of business across Washington state. You will prospect new accounts, develop lasting relationships, and own your territory's growth from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales, territory development, or business-to-business sales.
• Experience selling into restaurants, hospitality, foodservice strongly preferred.
• A hunter mentality with the confidence to prospect, cold call, and close new business.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of results.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, and sales data.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business throughout your assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with restaurants, hospitality operators, and other foodservice businesses.
• Grow revenue through new account acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.
• Take a consultative approach to selling, helping customers improve their operations and profitability.
• Build and execute a territory sales strategy focused on consistent revenue and profit growth.
• Leverage sales tools, customer insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and strengthen account relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive outstanding service and support.
• Manage your pipeline, customer activity, and territory performance to consistently achieve sales objectives.
