Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations or production.
• Proven track record of meeting departmental goals.
• Familiarity with service operations structures and processes.
• Strong ability to hire, promote, train, and support a diverse team.
• Willingness to learn procedures and support KPI and revenue goals.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to operate heavy equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, hire, and motivate the operations team
• Improve processes to maximize operational efficiency
• Build weekly employee schedules based on operational needs
• Establish clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
• Provide ongoing feedback to support individual, team, and facility growth
• Partner with operations leadership to develop and execute strategies for continuous performance improvement
• Understand client requirements to prioritize and allocate resources
• Oversee employee and facility safety, quality, and productivity; address unsafe conditions
• Troubleshoot performance gaps and maintain contingency plans
• Establish and maintain SOPs and preventive maintenance for equipment
• Communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
• Keep leadership informed of progress, plans, and issues
• Lead regular team meetings to encourage collaboration
• Troubleshoot effectively under pressure
• Share daily operational plans with team and leadership
• Work with the operations team on reusables processing, sanitation, and logistics
