Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant management experience with high-volume operations.
• 2+ years multi-unit leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach General Managers and restaurant teams.
• Strong P&L, labor control, budgeting, and profitability skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between Greater Seattle Area locations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
