Job summary

Supreme Dumplings is seeking a District Manager for the Seattle area to lead multiple restaurants, drive profitability, and uphold brand standards. This field-based role requires a strong on-site presence, coaching GM teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across locations.

You will analyze financial performance, lead leadership development, and partner with Culinary, HR, Training, Facilities, Marketing, Finance, and IT to execute company initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, including high volume or full-service operations.
• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop restaurant management teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting.
• Experience improving performance and enforcing standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across assigned Supreme Dumplings restaurants.
• Lead, coach, and hold General Managers accountable for standards and results.
• Maintain a strong presence in restaurants, especially during peak periods.
• Conduct regular evaluations, audits, and corrective action plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to support openings, transitions, and company initiatives.
