Job summary

Evergreen Treatment Services & REACH is seeking a Community Justice (L.E.A.D.) Case Manager in Rainier Beach to provide outreach and intensive case management for individuals with low-level offenses or prostitution concerns.

The role supports housing access, health care services, and coordination with LEAD partners, Seattle police, prosecutors, and community organizations to improve safety and well-being. Strong advocacy and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; harm-reduction approach preferred
• Ability to engage respectfully with people experiencing homelessness and co-occurring disorders
• Advocacy and effective communication within criminal justice system
• Experience in outreach and case management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach and intensive case management to assigned participants
• Develop individualized service plans addressing housing, health care and services
• Coordinate with LEAD partners, service providers, housing providers and community organizations
• Advocate for participants in court appearances and through written communications
• Attend meetings and accompany participants to appointments
• Identify gaps in community resources and push for systemic improvements
