Job summary

Evergreen Treatment Services’ REACH program seeks a Community Justice (LEAD) Case Manager at the Burien site. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; salary range $73,500–$87,500.

You will provide engagement and intensive case management for about 25–30 participants, coordinating with LEAD partners and housing providers to help clients access services. The role emphasizes harm‑reduction values and advocacy within the criminal justice system, with opportunities to connect clients to housing,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is desirable.
• Ability to respectfully engage with clients and build trust.
• Understanding of harm reduction and homelessness services.
• Street outreach experience is a plus.
• Ability to advocate and communicate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach and intensive case management for assigned participants.
• Engage participants on the street and in social service settings to establish a working relationship.
• Assess needs for housing, medical or mental health services.
• Assist participants in accessing funding programs (e.g., SSI, ABD, VA).
• Develop individualized service plans addressing basic needs (food, clothing, shelter, health care).
• Advocate for participants within the criminal justice system and attend court where needed.
• Attend REACH and LEAD meetings and coordinate staffing among participants and partners.
• Maintain participant files according to program, contract, and state requirements.
