Job summary

Evergreen Treatment Services in Burien is seeking a Community Justice (LEAD) Case Manager to provide engagement and intensive case management to individuals involved with low-level drug offenses or prostitution. The role focuses on outreach, housing access, health care, and coordinated services within a REACH/LEAD framework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education/training desirable.
• Understanding of harm reduction and experience with homelessness/co-occurring disorders.
• Ability to advocate and communicate under pressure in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach and intensive case management for assigned participants.
• Engage participants at street sites and with service providers to build relationships and support needs.
• Develop individualized Service Plans addressing housing, health care, and substance use treatment goals.
• Coordinate with LEAD partners, housing providers, and other community programs.
• Attend meetings and maintain participant files per contract/state requirements.
