KAAST Machine Tools, Inc. is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative based in the Seattle area. The role will initially operate from a home office while we launch the Seattle facility and will transition to an in-office position once the warehouse is open.

You will pursue warm leads, respond to inquiries, quote machinery, and help customers select the best equipment for their applications. Travel is limited, and compensation includes base salary plus commissions, with total earnings

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, preferably in capital equipment or machine tools.
• Experience communicating with customers by phone and email.
• Comfortable working from a home office during startup phase.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Reach out to new clients and develop relationships with warm leads.
• Handle daily inquiries and quotes; guide customers to best equipment.
• Analyze client applications and prepare timely quotes.
• Learn KAAST's machine tool and fabrication offerings.
• Maintain accurate CRM customer data and follow-ups.
• Support sales growth in Los Angeles and Southern California markets.
• Stay organized and proactive in daily sales activities.
