Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating HVAC projects.
• Experience using take-off software such as On Screen Takeoff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC take-offs from mechanical drawings.
• Price equipment using manufacturer pricing data.
• Digitally file and upkeep project documents.
• Assist with administrative tasks for the department including data entry.
• Price equipment and update bid contacts in Salesforce; research new projects.
• Manage and prioritize multiple bids and communicate with stakeholders.
