Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems and codes.
• Experience working with Commercial General Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial GCs.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and networking events.
• Prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
• Develop project budgets and cost breakdowns.
• Support estimating to operations handover.
