• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction drafts.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive take-offs from commercial mechanical (M-series) and architectural drawings.
• Cross-reference HVAC unit model numbers with footprints.
• Calculate material requirements including sheet metal gauge and insulation, and labor for quotes.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain organized records of quotes and project details in internal systems.
