Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a high-volume Recruiter to support transportation, logistics, warehousing, and field operations from our Seattle, WA site. The role is a 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion, onsite only.

You will own full lifecycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to meet aggressive timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience. A data-driven approach and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience owning requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments (100+ requisitions or 300+ annual hires).
• Experience recruiting for transportation, logistics, warehousing, or field-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offer management.
• Develop talent pipelines for transportation, logistics, operations, and warehousing roles.
• Prioritize and close multiple searches to meet SLAs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive recruiting strategies.
• Track metrics and use data to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and support process improvements.
