Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in outside B2B field sales, preferably technical/capital equipment.
• Experience in plastics injection molding or extrusion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt for new logos and opportunities within the territory.
• Manage territory plans and forecast opportunity progression in CRM.
• Drive deals through full sales cycle with a win-the-deal mindset.
• Maintain pipeline velocity and customer engagement with timely follow-up.
