Job summary

Milacron is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Oklahoma to aggressively identify and win new business across a defined territory. The role requires a hunter mentality, disciplined prospecting, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic account development.

Travel 50-75% within the region with frequent driving; candidates should reside in Oklahoma and bring 5+ years in outside B2B technical sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of outside B2B field sales experience.
• Experience in technical, capital equipment, or industrial machinery sales is preferred.
• Experience in plastics injection molding or extrusion industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt for new logos, greenfield opportunities, and underpenetrated accounts using disciplined outbound outreach.
• Lead value-based, outcome-focused sales conversations to challenge customer assumptions.
• Own territory planning, forecast accurately, and drive revenue growth with a 'win the deal' mindset.
• Maintain accurate opportunity management and activity tracking in the CRM.
