Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years outside B2B field sales experience in technical/industrial environments.
• Experience in plastics injection molding and/or extrusion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt for new logos and greenfield opportunities within territory.
• Manage pipeline and forecast within CRM with discipline and urgency.
• Lead value-based, outcome-focused sales conversations with customers.
• Travel 50–75% to engage with sites and customers in the region.
• Close deals and exceed quota, driving territory growth and profitability.
