Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer-service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Construction or Insurance experience is highly desirable and preferred.
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
• Valid driver's license and bondable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and on-site investigations by visiting policyholders’ residences.
• Negotiate fair settlements with policyholders.
• Act as a company representative in public interactions.
• Evaluate and report on potential subrogation opportunities.
