Job summary

HMSHost is seeking an Operations Performance Controller for Seattle to oversee financial and operational analysis across F&B and related ventures. You will track KPIs, drive cost and labor controls, and support development projects while partnering with airport management.

The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and Excel-based modeling. Travel up to 25% and a detailed understanding of hospitality operations will be essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined education and professional experience; leadership role preferred.
• 2+ years supervising a team of professionals in accounting/financial analysis.
• 6–8 years in reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Track financial metrics and ensure management focuses on sales, cost and labor controls.
• Evaluate financial risks and returns of new opportunities and support development projects.
• Partner with branch management to improve store performance via reviews of KPI metrics.
• Analyze accounting processes and support store level sales growth and expense improvements.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and policies in operations.
