Job summary

Avolta is seeking an Operations Performance Controller for the Atlanta area to lead financial and operational analysis across F&B, Duty Paid and Duty Free. You will support development projects, monitor KPI performance, and drive cost and labor optimization with branch management.

The role requires strong Excel skills, financial modeling ability, and experience in a matrixed corporate environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and professional experience must exceed 6 years.
• Leadership experience supervising professionals in accounting/financial analysis is preferred.
• Hospitality/F&B/retail experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Track financial metrics across area of responsibility and drive sales, cost, and labor controls.
• Provide financial analysis to support new opportunities and development projects.
• Partner with branch management to review KPI performance (e.g., hours, variance, costs).
• Ensure accuracy of income statements and balance sheets through close processes.
