Qualifications

• 6+ years combined education/experience in finance or operations analysis.
• Experience supervising professionals in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Track financial metrics across areas of responsibility to maximize sales and control costs.
• Evaluate financial risks and returns for new opportunities.
• Provide weekly/monthly variance analyses and performance reviews to management.
• Support store-level sales growth and expense optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
