The Seattle office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a mid-level associate with 4+ years of experience to join its Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated management-side labor and employment practice representing employers throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest.
Ideal candidates will have substantial experience defending employers in employment-related disputes, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour claims. Experience counseling employers on workplace policies, compliance, and day-to-day employment issues is a plus.

Pursuant to Washington regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $182,500+ and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, seniority, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
