Job summary

Harbor Foodservice in the South Seattle area is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Territory Sales Consultants and own district performance. This role focuses on aggressive new business development, expanding existing customer relationships, and driving profitable growth through accountability and coaching.

You will report to the Vice President of Independent Sales, set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and partner with operations, purchasing, and customer service to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and territory management.
• Experience in foodservice distribution sales.
• Ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing sales talent.
• Strong financial acumen and KPI mindset.

Responsibilities
