The role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems with minimal supervision, plus training operators for optimal performance.

Candidates should have 7+ years as a medical technologist or field service engineer, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with service tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment; work in team or independently.
• Experience with network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Engineer Tools).
• 7+ years as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive day and night.

Responsibilities

• Servicing diagnostics (DX) equipment in the Reno, NV area; level based on prior experience.
• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Delivering timely and effective repairs and training operators for optimal system performance.
• Managing financial performance within territory, including revenue, expenses and inventory.
• Maintaining company assets and building relationships with customers and peers; completing administrative duties accurately.
