Job summary

Africatown Community Land Trust (ACLT) in Seattle, WA seeks an experienced Development and Operations Coordinator to support fundraising, donor relations, events, and administration. This onsite role reports to the CEO and focuses on gift processing, grant tracking, and donor communications to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, organized, and relational, with a track record in managing donor databases, coordinating events, and assisting with grants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years coordinating annual giving initiatives (donor comms, events, database management).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, non-profit management, marketing, or related area.
• Proficiency with donor databases and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for development, donor communications, and campaign execution.
• Coordinate fundraising events (galas, tours, dinners) and manage volunteer involvement.
• Maintain donor records, grants tracking, and reporting for funders under supervision.
• Draft donor communications, prepare grant materials, and assist with sponsor relations.
