Job summary

JW & Associates is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to join our Seattle market, focusing on building a career in dental/medical device sales and capital equipment. You will prospect, generate opportunities, and partner with the Regional Sales Director to develop dental practices.

You will travel locally for events and visits, with a base salary and target variable compensation, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience or light Medical, Dental or Healthcare Sales Experience.
• Strong prospecting and new-business development skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with prospective customers.
• Self-motivated, competitive and comfortable working toward activity and performance goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Comfortable with local field travel, customer visits and industry events.
• Must be based in the Seattle metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, social media and in-person prospecting.
• Target dental practices and identify potential customers for advanced laser technology.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and develop new prospects.
• Coordinate and help fill local selling events and product demonstrations.
• Participate in field sales projects, trade shows and local industry events.
• Maintain consistent prospecting activity and execute established sales KPIs.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Director and broader territory team.
• Develop an understanding of dental practices, clinical workflows and the capital equipment sales process.
