Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the day shift in Seattle, WA. You will provide hands-on leadership for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order selection, and loading activities.

The role blends operational execution with team coaching in a temperature-controlled environment. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of warehouse lead experience, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year or more of warehouse lead or team lead experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Forklift and reach truck certification preferred.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and coach associates to meet productivity
• Ensure safety, quality, and service standards across all tasks
• Monitor inventory accuracy and manage loading/unloading activities
• Coordinate with supervisors on labor planning and schedule adherence
• Utilize JDA and other WMS tools to support operations
