Job summary

iDC Logistics Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee dock personnel on the 1st shift, ensuring accurate and on-time shipments while maintaining freight integrity. You will lead forklift drivers and warehouse staff, delegate tasks, and coordinate with transportation providers to meet KPIs.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in logistics/operations, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. We offer comprehensive benefits with health coverage and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics or operations.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Experience with shipping/receiving.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage picking, staging, and shipping operations.
• Lead forklift drivers and warehouse staff.
• Coordinate pickup appointments with providers.
• Oversee shipping KPIs and reporting.
