Job summary

Guest Supply is seeking a Warehouse Lead to collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor in setting daily priorities and directing the team to meet objectives while delivering superior service to our Distribution Centers, customers, and suppliers.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on participation in warehouse operations, with responsibilities including unloading, receiving, and order selection in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years’ warehouse experience with knowledge of Import/Export receiving and shipping and inventory control processes.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisors to determine daily, weekly, and monthly workload.
• Direct team and provide leadership to meet daily objectives.
• Assist with problem resolution and safety initiatives.
• Train and re-train employees as necessary.
• Ensure accurate and efficient performance by all staff.
