Job summary

One Medical is hiring for a full-time role in downtown Seattle. You will manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conduct in-person and tele-health visits, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds and team huddles.

You may supervise NP/PA colleagues and pursue additional state licensure for expanded virtual care. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, licensed in Washington, with outpatient primary care experience and a patient-centered,

Qualifications

• :
• Requires enrollment/completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
• State licensed in Washington prior to start date

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers and perform tele-health visits as needed
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures as appropriate
• May supervise NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in more states
