RRC Solutions Group in Seattle, WA seeks an Associate Attorney for its Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Litigation Practice Group. The role involves representing lenders, creditors, landlords, and debtors in complex restructurings and bankruptcy matters, spanning litigation and transactional work.

Qualified candidates will have a JD from a top-tier law school, WA bar admission, 4–8 years of bankruptcy experience, and strong writing and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing (or eligibility to waive into Washington).
• 4–8 years of substantive bankruptcy-related experience.
• Experience in loan workouts, enforcement actions, receiverships, and insolvency litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, creditors, landlords, debtors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency matters.
• Handle loan workout negotiations and distressed asset matters.
• Manage creditors' rights litigation including loan enforcement actions, receiverships, and foreclosures.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice in bankruptcy-related disputes.
• Advise clients on insolvency, restructuring, bankruptcy and risk management strategies.
