BG Staffing, Inc. is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the Seattle metropolitan area. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with multifamily and commercial real estate clients, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience in business development, outside sales, or territory sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting and relationship development.
• Experience selling to multifamily housing, property management, construction, or CRE services.
• CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the Seattle metro area.
• Develop relationships with multifamily owners/operators, asset managers, and developers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast, and pipeline updates; meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
