Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. in Broomfield, CO is looking for a Seating Application Technician to apply seating upholstery for final installation on new aircraft seats.

Under limited supervision, fabricate, assemble, and install seat upholstery following technical data and FAA/EASA standards. You will bond leather and synthetic materials, finish wrap materials on seat shrouds and cushions, and use the MRP system for labor tracking and Job Card sign-offs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Job description

Pilatus is hiring a Seating Application Technician to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for applying seating upholstery for final installation on new aircraft seats. Under limited supervision, fabricate, assemble, and install seat upholstery in accordance with technical data and compliance with FAA/EASA standards. What you bring

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three (3) years related experience or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math computations
• Ability to use hand tools and/or other specialize equipment; ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Regular attendance and willingness to work overtime as required
