Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. in Broomfield, CO is looking for a Seating Application Technician to apply seating upholstery for final installation on new aircraft seats.

Under limited supervision, fabricate, assemble, and install seat upholstery following technical data and FAA/EASA standards. You will bond leather and synthetic materials, finish wrap materials on seat shrouds and cushions, and use the MRP system for labor tracking and Job Card sign-offs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Bond leather and synthetic materials using various methods and adhesives.
• Apply and finish wrap materials to seat shrouds and cushions.
• Work within MRP system to track labor and sign off on Job Cards.
• Follow safety requirements and government regulations.
• Communicate effectively with management and team leads.
• Perform work with attention to quality and compliance.
