Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. in Broomfield, CO seeks a Work Package Administrator – Business Aviation Sales to coordinate production work orders, work packages, technical data, materials, and tooling to support production readiness.

You will partner with Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, Production, and Quality to ensure information is accurate and on schedule, monitor revisions, plan data flow, and resolve constraints to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years in aircraft modification/completions or technical aviation experience; 2+ years in logistics, production planning, material control, or project management.
  • High attention to detail, organization, time management, prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, coordination, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Critical thinking, decision-making, proactive issue identification and resolution, and adaptability.
  • Ability to interpret technical data, documentation, and engineering requirements.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develops, audits, and refines production work orders, work packages, and job cards to align with program requirements.
  • Partners cross-functionally with Program Management, Logistics, Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure work packages are accurate and communicated on schedule.
  • Monitors engineering revisions and data to ensure information is current prior to production release.
  • Prioritizes and expedites the flow of data, work packages, and materials to maintain project priorities and readiness.
  • Monitors work-in-progress, material availability, and service requirements, coordinating timely resolution of constraints.
  • Maintains and updates work order and production instruction templates, ensuring BOMs and docs are current and aligned with revisions and production standards

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating production work orders, work packages, technical data, materials, and tooling to support production readiness and project priorities. Works cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, Production, and Quality to ensure information is accurate, requirements are met, and production deliveries remain on schedule.

  • Develops, reviews, audits, and continuously refines production work orders, work packages, and job cards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with program requirements
  • Partners cross-functionally with Program Management, Logistics, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure work packages are accurate, complete, and communicated in accordance with established schedules and project priorities
  • Monitors engineering revisions and associated data to ensure applicable technical information is current, complete, and accurate prior to production release, minimizing downstream impacts to production flow
  • Prioritizes, plans, and expedites the flow of technical data, work packages, and materials across production, logistics, and support functions to maintain project priorities and production readiness
  • Monitors work-in-progress, material availability, and service requirements, proactively identifying potential constraints and coordinating timely resolution with appropriate stakeholders
  • Develops, maintains, and updates work order and production instruction templates, ensuring bills of material and supporting documentation are accurate, current, and aligned with applicable engineering revisions, configuration requirements, and production standards
What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of aircraft modification/completions or technical aviation experience, 2+ years of logistics, production planning, material control, or project management
  • High attention to detail, organization, time management, prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines

  • The hiring range is $69, 000 - $89, 000 per year. This range represents Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd.'s estimate of the compensation reasonably expected for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant skills and experience, education, job location, internal equity, market data, and business considerations. The hiring range may be modified in the future based on business or market conditions. Any bonus, incentive compensation, benefits, or other forms of compensation are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans, programs, and policies and may be modified in accordance with applicable law.
