Description

Pilatus is hiring a Digital Services Administrator to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, managing, and maintaining software related projects within Customer Service to improve work processes and increase efficiencies. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Single point of contact internally and externally for software driven issues/projects
• Manages on-going list of projects, improvements, and enhancements to the software systems
• Evaluates new software functions and recommends their usage at PilBAL
• Ensures business processes are optimized related to software system implementation
• Trains new and existing users with software skills required for their job function(s)
• Prepares and modifies forms, workflows, processes, and procedures
• Works with each CS department within Pilatus Group in developing dashboards, reports, and other tools to increase efficiencies

Other Duties/Responsibilities

• Participates in company task teams related to software as a subject matter expert
• Documents and submits proposals for third-party projects for the software systems
• Manages projects with internal and external parties as they pertain to the software systems
• Other tasks/projects assigned by the VP

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications

• AS degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and 3+ related experience in aviation
• Extensive knowledge of aviation ERP systems (Quantum and SAP preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Professional software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project)
• Extensive knowledge of creating database reports and dashboards (like Crystal Reports and Power BI)
• Ability to organize and manage many on-going projects throughout multiple departments
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Highly attentive to details and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to collaborate with many different people and departments

The salary range for this position is $72,685 - 90,856 per year depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
