Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. is seeking a Work Package Administrator – Business Aviation Sales in Broomfield, CO. You will coordinate production work orders, work packages, technical data, materials, and tooling to support production readiness and project priorities.

You will work with Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, Production, and Quality to ensure information accuracy and on-time deliveries. Strong aviation experience and data interpretation skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years in aircraft modification/completions.
  • 2+ years in logistics, production planning, material control, or project management.
  • High attention to detail, organization, time management, prioritization, and deadline adherence.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to interpret technical data and engineering requirements.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with SAP/SharePoint/Crystal Reports/Quantum ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and refines production work orders, work packages, and job cards for accuracy and alignment with program requirements.
  • Partners cross-functionally with PM, Logistics, Engineering, Production, and Quality to communicate schedules and priorities.
  • Monitors engineering revisions to ensure current, accurate information prior to production release.
  • Plans and expedites the flow of data, work packages, and materials to maintain project priorities.
  • Monitors WIP, material availability, and service needs; coordinates timely resolution with stakeholders.
  • Maintains work order templates and bills of materials aligned with revisions and production standards.
  • Identifies tooling needs for upcoming aircraft modifications and ensures availability.
  • Assists with aircraft production scheduling priorities.
  • Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating production work orders, work packages, technical data, materials, and tooling to support production readiness and project priorities. Works cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, Production, and Quality to ensure information is accurate, requirements are met, and production deliveries remain on schedule.

Essential Duties/Responsibilitie s
  • Develops, reviews, audits, and continuously refines production work orders, work packages, and job cards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with program requirements
  • Partners cross-functionally with Program Management, Logistics, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure work packages are accurate, complete, and communicated in accordance with established schedules and project priorities
  • Monitors engineering revisions and associated data to ensure applicable technical information is current, complete, and accurate prior to production release, minimizing downstream impacts to production flow
  • Prioritizes, plans, and expedites the flow of technical data, work packages, and materials across production, logistics, and support functions to maintain project priorities and production readiness
  • Monitors work-in-progress, material availability, and service requirements, proactively identifying potential constraints and coordinating timely resolution with appropriate stakeholders
  • Develops, maintains, and updates work order and production instruction templates, ensuring bills of material and supporting documentation are accurate, current, and aligned with applicable engineering revisions, configuration requirements, and production standards
  • Identifies, plans, and coordinates specialized tooling requirements in support of upcoming aircraft modifications, ensuring availability in accordance with production schedules

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of aircraft modification/completions or technical aviation experience, 2+ years of logistics, production planning, material control, or project management
  • High attention to detail, organization, time management, prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, coordination, accountability, and follow-through
  • Critical thinking, decision-making, proactive issue identification and resolution, and adaptability
  • Ability to interpret technical data, documentation, and engineering requirements
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Crystal Reports, and Quantum ERP a plus
  • This position involves access to technology that is subject to U.S. export controls. Any job offer made will be contingent upon the applicant’s capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
What We Offer
  • 11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus

The hiring range is $69,000 - $89,000 per year. This range represents Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd.’s estimate of the compensation reasonably expected for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant skills and experience, education, job location, internal equity, market data, and business considerations. The hiring range may be modified in the future based on business or market conditions. Any bonus, incentive compensation, benefits, or other forms of compensation are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans, programs, and policies and may be modified in accordance with applicable law.
