Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, integration, validation, and release of seatbelt systems.
• Provide technical leadership on seatbelt architecture, components, and maturation.
• Coordinate with styling, packaging, safety, manufacturing, and suppliers for integration.
• Own product definition, release, and change management using release systems.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions across design, validation, supplier, and manufacturing.
