Job summary

Barcel USA is seeking a Production Seasoning Operator to ensure precise seasoning application, monitor equipment, and maintain flavor consistency during production. You will validate performance, adjust process parameters, and support sanitation and changeover activities to keep production safe and efficient.

You will work closely with QA and Production teams to ensure products meet quality specifications, trace seasoning usage, and help maintain full traceability across batches in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school training in food manufacturing preferred.
• Previous seasoning or manufacturing operator experience preferred.
• Experience operating seasoning, weighing, or automated production equipment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor seasoning application equipment during production.
• Verify seasoning according to recipes and production schedules.
• Perform routine inspections of seasoning equipment and adjust settings as needed.
• Maintain seasoning traceability and record usage.
• Support sanitation, changeovers, and line cleanliness.
• Collaborate with QA and Production to meet quality specs.
• Conduct finished product seasoning checks when required.
