Job summary

Calbee America, Inc. is seeking a Seasoning Operator for the B shift (3:45pm–4am) at our Senatobia, MS facility. You will operate seasoning equipment, adjust settings, and ensure product quality according to schedule.

Responsibilities include batch changes, equipment maintenance, sanitation, and adherence to GMP/SQF standards. Applicants should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating seasoning, food processing, or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot seasoning and food processing equipment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor seasoning equipment to ensure consistent seasoning applications and product quality.
• Prepare and change seasonings according to the production schedule.
• Adjust equipment settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Calculate seasoning usage, overflow material, and program seasoning systems as required.
• Review production schedules to anticipate seasoning changes and production needs.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and basic maintenance on seasoning equipment.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble seasoning equipment to meet sanitation and GMP standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and SQF requirements and complete documentation accurately.
