Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Seasoning Operator to ensure accurate seasoning and a steady flow of product to packaging lines. This full‑time, hourly role requires hands‑on machine adjustments, calibration, and documentation to meet QA standards.

Starting wage is $20.45 per hour with benefits including health, dental, 401k and wellness programs. Prior production experience is welcome but not required; training is provided to build skills on GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
• Experience: One year of production experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP, SOP, and safety regulations.
• Maintain seasoner with correct seasoning at appropriate levels.
• Identify and correct seasoning equipment issues.
• Assemble and disassemble seasoning line equipment properly.
• Handle line clean-ups and product changeovers.
• Perform chemical, Kosher, and allergen cleaning.
• Set up seasoning equipment.
• Complete documentation for seasoning process monitoring.
• Perform minor equipment adjustments and maintenance.
• Retrieve and stock supplies from the warehouse.
• Assist R&D with new seasoning tests and trials.
• Sanitize scales and seasoning tumblers.
• Calibrate load cells for accurate seasoning application.
• Ensure product meets QA specifications and adjust as needed.

Education
