Job summary

Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Production Seasoning Operator at the BLU Coppell Plant in Coppell, TX. You will operate seasoning equipment, verify seasoning accuracy, and maintain product quality and safety across production runs.

The role requires adherence to GMP/HACCP, proper PPE use, and collaboration with QA and production teams to ensure flavor consistency and traceability. Flexibility for varying shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training in food manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food safety and quality systems is essential.
• Experience operating seasoning, weighing, or automated production equipment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate seasoning application equipment and monitor performance to ensure quality and consistency.
• Prepare and apply seasonings according to approved recipes and schedules.
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintain seasoning traceability and document usage and adjustments.
• Coordinate changeovers and sanitation activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with QA, Production, and R&D to meet specifications.
