Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Salty Packaging Machine Operator. Under general supervision, you will ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of packaging machinery, maintain product flow to lines, perform minor adjustments, troubleshoot, and keep accurate records.

This role is full-time, hourly with a starting rate of $25.50 per hour. You may face heavy lifting, loud environments, and exposure to moving parts.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret production schedules.
• Troubleshoot packaging lines and perform minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate shift documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shift documentation, including metal detector and batch order verifications.
• Read and interpret production schedules using MicroStrategy.
• Print labels using various printers; clean and adjust printers as needed.
• Perform nitrogen testing.
• Monitor packaging machinery for correct codes, dates, and prices.
• Set up and write new programs for bag makers.
• Edit machine micro logic to maintain efficient, low-waste operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
