Job summary

The Campbell's Company is hiring for a full-time production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate and maintain a seasoning line, perform setups, and ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and safety regulations to produce quality products.

Responsibilities include line changeovers, equipment checks, QA adherence, and collaboration with R&D on seasoning trials. High school diploma or GED is preferred, with at least some production experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• GMP, SOP and safety regulations must be followed.
• Experience in a manufacturing production environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform temperature-sensitive and precision tasks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP, SOP, and safety regulations.
• Maintain seasoning line at correct levels and perform set-ups.
• Identify and address equipment issues on the seasoning line.
• Assemble and disassemble seasoning line equipment properly.
• Handle line clean-ups and product changeovers.
• Perform cleaning for chemical, Kosher, and allergen guidelines.
• Calibrate load cells and verify sensors during seasoning.
• Ensure QA specifications are met and adjust processes as needed.
• Assist R&D with seasoning tests and trials.
• Provide documentation for process monitoring.
• Overtime may be required as needed.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and safety regulations.
• Maintain seasoner with correct seasoning at appropriate levels.
• Identify and correct seasoning equipment issues.
• Assemble and disassemble seasoning line equipment properly.
• Handle line clean-ups and product changeovers.
• Perform chemical, Kosher, and allergen cleaning.
• Set up seasoning equipment.
• Complete documentation for seasoning process monitoring.
• Perform minor equipment adjustments and maintenance.
• Retrieve and stock supplies from the warehouse.
• Assist R&D with new seasoning tests and trials.
• Sanitize scales and seasoning tumblers.
• Calibrate load cells for accurate seasoning application.
• Ensure product meets QA specifications and adjust as needed.
• Conduct seasoning checks on finished product when required.
• Verify level sensors and no-seasoning laser sensors using calibration tools.
• Assist with scale calibration.
• Use operator interface panels to perform drop tests, adjust seasoning settings, and operate equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve seasoning-related issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Mandatory overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
• Experience: One year of production experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting Rate: $20.45 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly
• Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
