Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a Seasoning Operator to help ensure products are seasoned to quality standards and to maintain a continuous flow to packaging operations. You will support product quality, food safety, and equipment reliability through proactive monitoring and documentation.

We value reliability and teamwork; the role requires 3rd shift hours starting around 10:45 PM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing or production experience or equivalent.
• Ability to follow GMPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and adjust equipment.
• Ability to complete production and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs, SOPs, food safety requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain seasoning systems and proper product flow.
• Monitor quality and adjust to QA specs.
• Set up, operate, and perform minor maintenance on seasoning equipment.
• Assemble/disassemble seasoning line equipment for operation and changeovers.
• Perform line cleanups and sanitation activities, including allergen cleaning.
