Job summary

Medix Infusion in Seattle, WA is seeking an Account Executive to grow opportunities with local practices, hospitals, and health systems. You will manage accounts, drive referrals, and coordinate patient care while building lasting relationships and achieving sales quotas.

Travel within the territory is required; you will collaborate with operations and front-end teams to streamline referrals and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of proven sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Candidates must have prior infusion medication sales experience.
• Established and transferable book of business.
• Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and close accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience making multiple referrals calls to medical professionals daily.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work as a team with Medix Infusion staff.
• Proficiency with company email, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office; payroll software knowledge helpful.

• Prospect new clients, increase penetration, and build long-term relationships.

• Travel to and develop all markets within the territory.
• Serve as primary liaison between accounts and front-end team to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop strategic growth plans to cultivate the territory.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas set by the sales manager.
• Maintain routine contacts with existing clients to ensure referrals.
• Collaborate with operations to assist in patient referrals and documentation.
