Strong knife skills, food safety knowledge, and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential as you help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• One year of previous food preparation or professional kitchen experience.
• Previous fine dining or upscale hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math for recipes and production records.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes, menus and production records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items at your assigned kitchen station.
• Set up, maintain, and break down your workstation according to standards.
• Safely operate a variety of kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Support Kitchen Curators to maintain quality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
