Qualifications

• Admission to the NJ state bar association is required; NY and PA are a plus.
• Proven experience in labor/employment and/or commercial litigation is preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients to provide day to day counseling regarding labor/employment related issues
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
