Masis Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a premier law firm in Tinton Falls, NJ, seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with Labor & Employment focus. The candidate will manage cases from inception, working independently with superior writing and strong research skills.

Responsibilities include client counseling, court appearances, drafting pleadings and motions, and conducting deep legal research to shape case strategy. NJ bar admission required; NY/PA a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in labor/employment and/or commercial litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the NJ state bar is required; NY/PA are a plus.

• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

About the Role

Our candidate of choice will bring proven experience and the ability to handle cases from their inception and work independently. You must have superior writing skills and strong research skills and experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, motion practice and court appearances.
