Job summary

Five Iron Golf in New York is seeking Bartenders to deliver exceptional service with genuine hospitality. You will greet guests, learn preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food while reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming bar, mastering spirits/beers/wines, verifying IDs, managing inventory, and contributing fresh cocktail ideas for specials and promotions.

Qualifications

• Professional hospitality mindset and upbeat energy.
• Clear communication with guests and team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy bar environment.
• Willingness to obtain required licensing and certifications.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-and-beyond service to Guests with a friendly face.
• Expertise in spirits/beer/wine.
• Maintain an appealing and Guest-ready bar area.
• Determine Guests’ beverage preferences and make on-point recommendations.
• Verify identification to ensure customers are of legal age to purchase alcohol.
