Five Iron Golf is seeking bartenders to deliver hospitality-driven service in a fast-paced bar environment. This non-exempt, part-time role requires nights and weekends, with competitive hourly wages plus tips to enhance earnings for guests of the venue.

Responsibilities include mastering spirits/beer/wine, maintaining a guest-ready bar, inventory management, and creating new cocktail ideas while ensuring valid IDs and proper licensing where needed.

Qualifications

• Server and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required.
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team.
• Stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
• Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol and obtain licensing/certifications.
• Proficient verbal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide above-and-beyond service to Guests with a friendly face.
• Expertise in spirits/beer/wine.
• Maintain an appealing and Guest-ready bar area.
• Determine Guests’ beverage preferences and make on-point recommendations.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure bar is clean and well-stocked.
• Create fresh and new ideas for specials, cocktails, and promos.
• Verify identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Take pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf.
