Job summary

Five Iron Golf is hiring a Server/Bartender to deliver exceptional service, guide guests through menus and gaming features, and drive sales. You will upsell offerings, use POS terminals for orders and payments, and maintain bar and simulator areas to ensure a welcoming experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a fast-paced environment, and meeting health and safety standards. Nights and weekends are required; part-time, non-exempt position with benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in server/bar/hospitality roles is encouraged.
• Excellent guest-service and upselling abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests and guide them through menu and technology features.
• Present menus, answer questions, upsell items, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Enter orders and process payments using POS terminals.
• Serve food and beverages timely and courteously.
• Maintain inventory and restock bar supplies.
• Keep bar, simulators, and surrounding areas clean and guest-ready.
• Create new cocktail specials and promotions.
• Check in with guests at the bar and simulators to address concerns.
